A & M Transport recognizes that its professional driver workforce is one its most valuable assets. A & M drivers are compensated based upon miles driven. The rate of pay per mile increases with the drivers’ length of service with the company. Drivers payroll checks are issued weekly. Additional compensation may be earned through various bonus programs and for work associated with their job (ie: loading and unloading, extra stops, tarping and untarping, etc. ). In addition to mileage compensation, the Company makes available to its employees, a health insurance program, life insurance program, dental insurance program, vision insurance program and a 401K retirement plan. Paid vacation is also available for qualifying employees.

The Company will have employment opportunities for truck drivers, mechanical/maintenance, office/clerical and security personnel. All prospective employees will be required to fill out and complete an employment application with the company to be considered for employment. A background check may be performed and / or personal references requested at the discretion of management.
